Family Reunion Logo
This was a crest I illustrated for a multi-generation family reunion. It was the first reunion we had done in over 20 years, so I wanted to create something unique for it. As it was going to take place in the forests of Maine, I wanted a look that paid homage to the signs of the US National Park Service. At the same time, I wanted something that also spoke of fun and relaxation (it’s a family reunion, after all). As I also love retro motel signage, I blended the two concepts. The “Attenborough” lettering was kept loose in a less formal, handwriting style, to help keep the feel more breezy.
