Cats always land on their feet
This was my first, real attempt at a finished, hand lettering piece. It was a bit ambitious, but a blast to work on. It was the first time I had used a Wacom drawing tablet in many years. There was a learning curve, but it eventually made the process much smoother. The quote comes from the French novelist and art critic Champfleury. I only realized after I had finished that I forgot to include it. Normally I would purposefully design a spot to incorporate it. Rather than shoehorn it into place, I omitted it. This goes back to making progress, and not being 100% perfect, and a lesson learned for next time.
Is there something you’d like me to write about? Drop me a line and let me know what you’re struggling with.
